Dethatching Your Lawn

Dethatching and Power Rake are the same service being performed on your lawn.  Thatch is the layer of dead grass/roots that tends to make your lawn look and feel thin because rain can not reach the soil and let the roots establish deeper.  For a nicer, greener, and healthier lawn.  

This service if the perfect time to seed or fertilize after completed.  Remember to not over seed and add a pre-emergent fertilizer, or the new grass seed will never germinate.
